Concerns

Trump is trying to convince the public that Joe Biden is behind all his legal troubles. The State cases are controlled by the State and have nothing to do with the Federal government. Also, the Dept. of Justice is independently operated from the presidency contrary to what most MAGA people want to believe.

List of Indictments + Convictions

CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS CASE

Many classified documents were removed from the White House as Trump exited at the end of his presidential term. When the Dept. of Justice sought to retrieve them, Trump delayed the process, gave false information, hid the documents and otherwise did everything he could to retain them. The FBI was finally called to retrieve them. There are reports that he still has some documents.

The documents were not secure and potentially accessible to all guests at Mar-a-Lago, including foreign dignitaries.

When Biden learned he had classified documents in his possession, he immediately and willfully returned them.

HUSH MONEY + FALSE BUSINESS DOCUMENTS + ELECTION INTERFERENCE

Trump paid a former porn star $130,000 to avoid a possible sex scandal that might derail his political ambitions. He then falsely claimed on his taxes that it was a business expense.

Trump was convicted on 34 counts and is now the first President in history to be a convicted felon. He is awaiting sentencing currently set for September 18th.

CIVIL RAPE CASE

Trump was found liable and ordered to pay his accuser $5 million

FEDERAL ELECTION INTERFERENCE CASE

The Dept. of Justice upon referral by the House January 6 commission based on an extensive investigation and final report into the truth behind the election interference and subsequent planned attack on the Capitol in an attempt to prevent the peaceful transition of power in the 2020 presidential election. The trial is on-going.

GEORGIA STATE ELECTION INTERFERENCE CASE

Trump called the Republican Governor of Georgia and tried to convince him to “find” enough votes in order to reverse his election loss, among other alleged offenses. The trial is on-going.
